Marvellous location in the restaurant in which all the staff constantly reminds you to tip them was a plus. Our room was fantastic and provided with a patio and a balcony, as example. Really kind and unobtrusive staff, provided information if needed.

Truly enjoyed the room with hot showers, my bed was big.

Very nice overall experience. The hotel is fairly large with courteous and incredible staff members. Spacious room, large bathroom. Amazing remote location, not far from a wonderful tropical garden, the Palenque ruins which can be reached via colectivo in 10 minutes and airport. Also, very close to the Palencque national park.

its location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, to the bajlum restaurant, and in a very nice area. the staff were very friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. no complains at all, i had a lovely experience, loved it.

The hotel with huge and airy rooms, in a very quiet area, to the ruins or downtown. Good and perfect location as only 5 minutes to a non - governmental nature reserve. Great to have a garden restaurant within the garden.

We had a great stay at La Aldea. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and beautiful with a private hammock and balcony to relax. The location was perfect, surrounded by peaceful gardens and close to the zoo and Palenque ruins. The staff treated us well and were very accommodating to our room request.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, making it very convenient to stay here for two nights without having to go elsewhere for food since there was an onsite restaurant available.

The venue's position was remote. We booked a well-equipped room with hammock, a beautiful garden, good WiFi. The most important was the staff - flexible and excellent people. Spent here 1 perfect day and would happily return.

I had the most amazing stay at Hotel La Aldea Del Halach Huinic in Palenque. The bungalow-style rooms nestled in the lush jungle surroundings provided the perfect intimate and tranquil atmosphere. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good working AC and a bathroom that had great water pressure and hot water. The pool, although small, was a refreshing oasis. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for visiting the Palenque ruins. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
